Service Attempts & Process
Yes! Every completed service includes a notarized affidavit of service that meets all court requirements and can be filed immediately.
Our standard service includes up to three attempts at the provided address. Additional attempts can be arranged if necessary.
You'll receive immediate notification when service is completed, along with a detailed affidavit of service for your court records.
We make multiple attempts and use professional techniques to locate individuals. If service isn't possible, we'll provide detailed documentation for alternative service options.
